Today, we celebrate the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, a United Nations sanctioned day aimed to remember all that disability is a challenge for about one billion people worldwide. For the International Society of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine, today is also a day to look back at what we have already achieved.
