The Committee Guidelines assign the responsibility of assuring meetings
are
held
in conformance with the ISPRM regulations to the By Laws Committee.
The
Committee is expected to assist the Executive Committee and the Board
of
Governors to have their initiatives incorporated into the written By
Laws and
Policies and Procedures.
